Delivery & Returns
Fort Premium Security Doors offer delivery alongside a collection service. We provide detailed instructions on how to install our doors however, if you require assistance with installation, please do not hesitate to contact us via email and one of our installers can fit the door for you.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing any important information regarding your purchase. We aim to deliver your goods to you as quickly and safely as possible. The time frame for your delivery may range between 7 – 14 business days. Bank Holidays Are Subject to additional days lead time.
It is important to remember your delivery may be heavy & bulky, therefore we recommend you arrange adequate assistance to receive your delivery.
All Goods must be thoroughly checked upon delivery for any damage and missing parts. If there is any damage or any parts missing, then these must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will also require you to provide clear photographs showing any damage for assessment.
A 3-hour window will be allowed for cancellation of the purchase. Thereafter you will not be able to cancel your order as all doors are made to measure and bespoke.
Returns & Refunds
Fort Premium security doors are made-to-measure and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged unless your purchase was faulty upon arrival. In these circumstances you will be entitled to an exchange, replacement or a full refund. You must prove that the fault or damage caused to your product occurred before arrival.
If there is a fault with your purchase, you MUST inform us of the same by contacting us with your order number. Where necessary, we will arrange to collect the faulty items and replace them as quick as possible. Refunds will be paid within 28 Calendar Days of the day on which We agree that you are entitled to the refund.
All refunds will be processed back onto the original payment method. Once the refund has been processed, you will be provided with a confirmation email informing of the transaction reversal and new order status “Order Refunded”.
While we aim to process all refunds within 72 hours of request, please allow a further 25 Calendar days for the funds to appear in the original payment account.
All credit/debit card refunds are subject to the standard banking process and can therefore take up to 28 working days, dependent on the bank which you use.
Any and all refunds issued will exclude delivery costs paid by you when the Goods were originally purchased.
We reserve the right to reject a refund, exchange or return if we reasonably believe that the damage or fault of the product occurred after delivery.
You will not be entitled to a refund, exchange or return if you have damaged the product in the effort to repair it or if you no longer want the item.
To return Goods to Us for any reason, you may do so in person during Our business hours of 08:00am – 5:00pm or you may return them to Us by tracked delivery.
Unless you use our collections service (which might be chargeable), We are not responsible or liable for Goods that are damaged or lost during the delivery and you will remain responsible for the Goods until they have been signed-for and received by Us.
